Medical bandages are designed to replace or assist wound sutures. The design must consider the softness of the material, the ability to use it anywhere on the body, and the fastening strength. Therefore, the designer must have sufficient knowledge of materials and structures.

Injection pen timer

The main focus of the pen's development was fixed the light guide of the sensor. The customer originally designed to use hooks to assemble the light guide plate. The assembly gap of the light guide plate can cause sensing problems. In this case, we assisted the customer in modifying the design to dual-material injection molding to fully meet the customer's functional requirments.
